Locro de Zapallo

3 tablespoons sunflower oil. 2 roughly chopped onions. 2 coarsely chopped garlic cloves. 3 tomatoes in cubes. 400 grams of pumpkin in cubes. 3 large potatoes or 2 cups of rice. 1 teaspoon of oregano. 500 milliliters of vegetable broth. 100 milliliters of cream. 100 grams of feta. Fry the onions and garlic until glassy in the oil. Add the tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. put the rest in the pan except the feta and bring to the boil. simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Remove all vegetables from the pan with a skimmer. put in a deep plate, add a little sauce and sprinkle with the feta. Enjoy your meal. www.cookingwis.com
