Tomato soup

 

The tomato soup as everyone loves!

1.5 kilos of tomatoes (with or without sheet, at its option) 
1 onion chopped 
100 grams tomato paste ginger syrup, 
wide vegetable stock cube crumbled water 
fresh basil

All in one pan and cook until the tomatoes in the soup are finely cooked.

Mix everything into a smooth soup with the hand blender or in the blender

​

Tip: make it a meal with ravioli soup, leek and serve a homemade bread.

1 large onion 
1 clove garlic 
3 grilled peppers (pot) 1.5 tablespoon oil 
1.5 canned peeled tomatoes 
6 DL vegetable stock 

1 leek 400 grams of ravioli (refrigerated section or small can)

Basil

Make the onion and the garlic and cut both small. Let the peppers, drain and cut into pieces.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the peppers, the peeled tomatoes with fluid and stock and bring to the boil. Cook the soup 5 minutes. Make the leek and cut it into narrow rings. Puree the soup in food processor or with a hand blender. Stir in the leeks and the ravioli by the soup and cook the ravioli according to the instructions herein. Make the soup to taste with pepper and basil.

 

Tip: Delicious with wholemeal bread

New year's rolls

The only true way to the new year rolls from grandmother's time: Boil water and allow to cool.
l grab wheat flour 
1 pound sugar 
half a Pack hard butter 
2 eggs 
1 packet of vanilla sugar 
1 shot Gin a little cinnamon.

​

The dough should be liquid, so you can determine the amount of water for the spoon.
One gravy spoon dough between the iron waffle and bake about 20 to 30 seconds, than roll immediatly.
